The Corporation:

Chippewa Cree Construction Corporation (CCCC), a federally chartered corporation under section 17 of 25 U.S.C. § 477 and Tribal Resolution number 8-06, was initially created to administer the Core component of Rocky Boy's/North Central Regional Water System. However, CCCC has and will continue to pursue other construction and economic development projects.

 CEO Tony Belcourt
Tony Belcourt
is an enrolled member of the Chippewa Cree Tribe. He has resided on the Rocky Boy’s Reservation in north central Montana for the majority of his life. Tony, a third generation farm and ranch owner, has an extensive agricultural background. Tony has significant small business experience, with his ownership interests in construction and service industries.
 
Tony graduated from Box Elder High School and studied diesel mechanics at MSU-Northern. He then took a job with the Chippewa Cree Tribe as Range Technician. During his time as Range Technician, Tony also served on the Hill County Farm Service Agency County Committee.
 
Tony served a four-year term as an elected official on the Chippewa Cree Business Committee. While on the Business Committee, he was Chairman of the Natural Resources Committee, overseeing the Tribe’s natural resources including timber, rangeland, natural gas and fish & wildlife. Tony also served as Chairman of the Tribal Conservation Issues Sub-Committee of the Seven Tribes of Montana and as President of the Intertribal Agriculture Council.
 
Today, Tony is a proud husband and father to a family of four on the ranch he grew up on. He continues to work for the Chippewa Cree Tribe as Chief Executive Officer of the Chippewa Cree Construction Corporation.

State Representative, District 32:
As Representative for House District 32 for the Montana State House of Representatives, Tony brings his varied knowledge and skill base to provide for the needs of the Montana family, entrepreneur, farmer, and rancher, while bringing important Native American and non-Native American issues to the attention of Montana’s state legislature.
